CredsTrack is credential compliance tooling for US nursing staffing agencies. Agencies use us to monitor RN/LPN/APRN licenses, BLS and ACLS certifications, background checks, and drug screens across every nurse on their roster. Travel nurses use us to keep a free digital wallet of verified credentials they share with any agency in a single link.

The product exists because one expired credential at the wrong moment can cost an agency a hospital contract — or tens of thousands of dollars in TJC/CMS penalties. Agencies still mostly track this in spreadsheets. We replace the spreadsheet with a real-time compliance score, Nursys license monitoring, expiration alerts, and audit-ready reports.

CredsTrack is built by Omar Fadil (founder / CEO / PO), working with a small pool of contractors on design, growth, and specialised engineering.
