Sender identity
SMS messages are sent by CredsTrack, a product of Giftop FZ LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, license FZ-123456789). Operational contact: hello@credstrack.com.
Message types
- Credential expiration alerts — D-14 to D-0 reminders before a licensed credential expires.
- Verification status updates — when a credential is verified, rejected, or requires review.
- Account alerts — sign-in activity anomalies, data-sharing consent changes.
CredsTrack does not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Message frequency
Typical frequency is fewer than 10 messages per month per user. Peak activity occurs around credential expiration windows.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. CredsTrack does not charge a fee for SMS — consult your mobile carrier for applicable charges.
Opt-out (STOP)
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any CredsTrack SMS to unsubscribe immediately. You'll receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START.
You can also disable SMS from your profile settings.
Help (HELP)
Reply HELP or INFO to any CredsTrack SMS to receive a brief help response with our support email.
Carrier support
The CredsTrack SMS program is supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, US Cellular, Metro, Virgin Mobile, and most other US carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
