1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of CredsTrack, a credential monitoring platform operated by Giftop FZ LLC, registered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
- For Staffing Agencies: Real-time nurse credential monitoring, expiration alerts, compliance dashboards, Nursys license verification, document management, and reporting tools
- For Nurses: A free Credential Passport (digital wallet) to store, verify, and share professional credentials with agencies
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
4. Nurse Portal
The Nurse Portal and Credential Passport are provided free of charge to individual nurses. Nurses retain full ownership and control of their credential data and may delete their account at any time.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Starter: $29/month base + $1.50 per active nurse
- Growth: $49/month base + $1.20 per active nurse
- Scale: $99/month base + $0.90 per active nurse
- Enterprise: Custom pricing
Free Trial: New agency accounts receive a 10-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US Dollars via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Placement Success Fees
When a nurse accepts an assignment proposed through CredsTrack, a placement success fee of $300 is charged to the agency automatically.
7. Data Ownership
- Agency data: You retain ownership of all nurse roster data, credentials, and documents you upload
- Nurse data: Nurses own their credential data. Agencies access it only with explicit consent
- Verification results: Nursys results are provided by NCSBN and subject to their terms
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false or fraudulent credential information
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
9. Credential Verification Disclaimer
CredsTrack facilitates credential verification through Nursys and AI-powered document extraction. While we strive for accuracy, CredsTrack does not replace your obligation to independently verify credentials before making employment decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDSTRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted
- Request immediate deletion at hello@credstrack.com
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
